OE2.0-sim2 webinterface fix

Webinterface is not functional if tpm check not disabled
this fix remove tpm check
install by telnet:
copy the package to tmp directory
by telnet execute this command
restart enigma
or from TSpanel-addons-Tunisiasat addons-Plugins-sim2-webinterface fix

by telnet execute this command
