New Drivers Quad from 03.11.2013

Changelog:
* NEW BCM API
* FIX PINK
* FIX SPDIF
* FIX CI (support for more modules)
* FIX Framebuffer (skin issues)
* FIX Channelzap noise (almost)
* FIX PIP (HD + PIP HD, switch focus)

NOTE: A lot of testings have been done, but not every hardware setup is available. So it is possible still some small bugs remain.

wmv HD still beta but very soon its will be fixed, this is only preview driver.
